Refund / Cancellation Policy
At PACE IIT & Medical, we are committed to providing high-quality academic support and transparent policies for our students and parents. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which fee refunds may be granted for our classroom and online programs.
1. Admission Fee (Non-Refundable): The Admission Fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Processing Fee (Program-Specific): For approved refund requests, the following processing fees will be deducted:
• ₹25,000 for the Two-Year JEE/NEET Program
• ₹10,000 for the One-Year Foundation Builder Program
3. Refund Eligibility Timeline:
Before Batch Commencement: Refund applications submitted before the batch start date will incur deductions of the Admission Fee and the applicable Processing Fee.
After Batch Commencement: Refunds are applicable only if the request is submitted within the first 3 months from the batch commencement date. Requests submitted after 3 months will not be accepted.
4. Tuition Fee Deduction Slabs:
If the refund request is approved within the eligible period after batch commencement:
• Within the First Month: 20% of the Tuition Fee will be deducted (plus Admission Fee and Processing Fee).
• Within the Second or Third Month: 40% of the Tuition Fee will be deducted (plus Admission Fee and Processing Fee).
• After Three Months: No refund applications will be accepted.
