The ACT college readiness assessment is a standardized test used to evaluate high school achievement and college admissions in the United States produced by ACT, a non-profit of the same name. TOEFL, on the other hand measures the student’s ability to use and understand the English language in the manner it is read, written, heard and spoken in the university classroom.
