Crash Course TnC

• It is the student’s responsibility to determine their eligibility for the specific competitive examination. The Institute bears no responsibility in this regard.
• The institute should be immediately notified of any change in Address, Mobile no. & E-mail in writing immediately to the institute.
• The Crash Course will be conducted in both online and offline modes, providing flexibility to the participants.
• The Crash Course will include periodic tests to assess the progress and understanding of the participants.
• The Crash Course will commence from the batch commencement date and will run for the specified duration.
• The institute reserves the right to use the provided information along with the student photograph to publish the results of the participants.
• Fee to be paid in favor of “IITIANS PACE EDUCATION PVT. LTD” through online/Cheque/NACH/DD.
• No fee to be paid in cash. If any student/Parent pays the fee in cash, then PACE will not hold any responsibility towards this child in any way.
• By enrolling in this Crash Course, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

• All disputes arising out of or in pursuant to these terms and conditions are subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai High Court.
